This is a recipe on how to make healthy roast potatoes. As we all know roast potatoes can be very fattening but they are a big part of a nice Sunday Roast so this how you can make some less fattening, healthy ones.
Peel and chop your potatoes into quarters
Parboil your potatoes for 10 minutes
Drain the potatoes and add to frying pan
Add 1 table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Keep turning them until golden brown all over
