Halloween is gradually becoming bigger in Britain. Every year it feels like the shops have more and more fun decorations for you to put up in your home. As my little boy is now 2 years old, I could not resist buying a few fun decorations for the house this year. With less than a week to go to Halloween we decided to put up some decorations around the house.
As we have a toddler and a baby we have chosen more bright and fun decorations than the dark and scary style.
As my eldest is only 2 years old I have not spent a lot of money on my decorations as he is still quite young and so I have kept the decorations down to not too many. So the majority of the decorations I bought were from the pound shop. Also I needed to make sure that there were no decorations within his reach that he could destroy! So for this reason I have mostly gone for ceiling decorations this year.
I have also gone for decorations that light up as again felt this suited the age of my children. I picked up a couple of bits in the Tesco sale last year too as it’s always good to get a deal and put it away for the next year!
